Hi, I’m Dereck Lee, the owner of Teck Lee Computer Technology & Trading, located in Taman Universiti, Skudai, Johor.

I started my business in 2007, and since then, I have been serving the local community with computer, mobile phone and technology-related services.

My wife and I run the business together, and one thing that has always been important to me is personally serving my customers.

I don’t just manage the shop from behind the counter. I am personally involved in understanding customers’ problems and providing computer and mobile phone repair services.

For me, every customer who walks into my shop has a different problem, and I believe the first step is always to listen, understand and check the problem properly.
